Reservation Policy

• Due to high demand and limited table availability, we kindly ask you to book at least 48 hours in advance.
• At the end of the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure you receive it—your reservation is NOT valid without it.
• Check carefully the area where you wish to reserve. Once booked, it is NOT possible to change areas.
• Window tables are automatically assigned in chronological order of reservation.
• Your table is reserved for 2 hours starting from your booking time. Punctuality is essential.
• In case of delay, your table will be held for 15 minutes only, after which the reservation will be cancelled.
• No-shows without prior notice will result in your account being disabled for future bookings.
